Educational Services
Introducing the knowledge of the ancient Egyptian civilization has been one of our main goals. For this reason we offer a comprehensive Educational Program aimed not only at preschool, primary and secondary schools, but also at high school, vocational training, university students and adults.
In the different workshops of our Educational Program, students receive educational materials designed by the Egyptian Museum of Barcelona based on the school curriculum and the characteristics of each educational stage.
Our activities are endorsed by the Educational Quality Seal of the Pedagogical Coordination Council of the Institute of Educational Sciences of the Barcelona City Council.
At the Museum
The Egyptian Museum of Barcelona offers professionals connected to the field of education an important educational resource to learn up close about different aspects of the world of the pharaohs.
At the Archaeological Campus
Located in Palau-solità i Plegamans, 20 km from Barcelona, the Archaeological Campus offers a space where participants of all ages can carry out archaeological fieldwork.
