Temples, gods and goddesses

One of the characteristics of Egyptian religion is the multiplicity of gods that made up the pharaonic pantheon. Whether in wall representations of temples and tombs or on the surfaces of various objects, a number of divine names and images frequently appear.

A group composed of the most important deities of ancient Egypt, arranged in family triads, by manufacturing technique, or presented individually for their aesthetic and technical qualities, completes the tour of the Egyptian Museum of Barcelona.
